By connecting your broker account to AI Capital, you authorize AI Capital to access your broker account information and execute trades on your behalf according to your instructions. AI Capital will use OAuth tokens to access your account data including balances, positions, and order history.
Your broker connection tokens are encrypted and stored securely. However, you remain responsible for maintaining the security of your broker account credentials. Your relationship with your broker remains independent. AI Capital acts as an intermediary and is not a broker-dealer.
All trades are executed by your connected broker. AI Capital is not responsible for trade execution quality, slippage, or broker actions. Orders are routed directly to your broker's systems. AI Capital does not execute trades or hold customer funds.
All orders are subject to validation checks including buying power, position limits, and risk controls. Orders may be rejected or require approval if they exceed configured limits. AI Capital may suspend trading globally or for individual accounts in emergency situations or when risk limits are exceeded.
AI Capital implements risk management controls including position limits, daily loss limits, and order size restrictions. These controls may prevent or delay trade execution. AI Capital does not guarantee profits or protection from losses. All trading decisions and their consequences are your responsibility.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable securities regulations, including Pattern Day Trader (PDT) rules, margin requirements, position limits, and short sale restrictions. If your account becomes restricted (e.g., PDT flag, margin call), AI Capital may suspend trading access until restrictions are resolved.
Orders placed outside market hours may be queued for execution at market open. Market hours are 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding market holidays.
AI Capital collects and stores broker account data including balances, positions, and trade history for the purpose of providing trading services. Your broker account data is not shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. AI Capital uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data.
AI Capital is not liable for any losses incurred from trades executed through this platform, including but not limited to market losses, system failures, network outages, data delays, broker actions, or regulatory violations. Trading through automated systems involves risks including system failures, network outages, and data delays. These may result in delayed or failed trade execution.
You may disconnect your broker account at any time through the platform settings. AI Capital may suspend or terminate your trading access for violations of these terms, risk management violations, regulatory violations, security concerns, or at AI Capital's discretion. Upon termination, your broker connection will be disconnected and trading access will be suspended.
AI Capital may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of broker trading features after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes may require re-consent to trading agreements and risk disclosures.
